salahtype...



I am having headache all the day last week.. and then suddenly I get flu… then… cough after few days.. Together with flu.. and my body is aching…. Asked my father… “its just a simple flu and u are so busy watching tv.. macam couch potato dah that’s why sakit jak2.. why not u and ur sister gi exercise ka.. potong rumput ka.. cuci kereta ka…” .. my dad kata.. hahaha…

Actually penyakit malas jak melanda diri tok.. hahaha.. and I think I gain weight since the holiday.. ayoyo.. I should reduce my weight before my convocation tapi macam xpat.. haha.. I think I will try to maintain or just reduce some of it.. how?..

  1. Jangan makan nasik banyak gilak
  2. Kuatkan berjalan mengelilingi rumah
  3. Bertandak(menari) depan cermin (hahaha)
  4. Jangan supper
  5. Goyang2kan badan apabila boring ( indirect exerciselah maknanya)
  6. Tutup tv and pasang lagu (cos lagu makes me feel like dancing.. compare ngan tv just makes me wanna sit down goyang2 kaki!!)
